Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I am named as a trustee in a Florida revocable trust. Relationship with Grantor has deteriorated (no contact at all) and I want my name removed. She no bankable assets at this point. How can I remove myself as a trustee?

You can refuse to accept the position, or if you are already serving you can quit. There is no law requiring you to serve.

Hopefully they appointed a Succesor to you in the Trust.
