Yes, but it is not required. Once the will is filed after the testator's death, they can see a copy at the Probate court as well. Regards,

Yes. If the person who made the will (the testator) is deceased, Florida has a law that the will must be filed in the probate court within 10 days of the testator's death. Once the will is filed in the probate court, it becomes public record and anyone can view it.
