Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

No, the PR got the beneficiaries to sell the property, then the PR transferred it to a related entity, we believe the PR kept the property and did not sell it at all, but to trick the beneficiaries to sell so the PR could transfer to a different entity, PR! The descendant gave the property to the PR right prior to dying, just a few days. So when the waiver didn't happen the PR transferred to the trust! What?!?!? Example, in June 2011 it was sold, and in June of 2013 transferred to the trust????? What???? How does the PR do that??

The Court orders and petitions need to be reviewed with an attorney. Your summary is kind of confusing. PR "transferred" to a related entity? What does that mean? Sold it for full value? received Court approval for this? If full information was not provided by PR then perhaps you can undo especially if he still controls the actual property OR perhaps you have a violation of his fiduciary responsibility. Hire an attorney.
