If the PR drafts a revocable trust after our father passed and gets the other beneficiaries to sign it in agreement with her draft is that legal? Thanks a Million! CC

Certainly not. The facts in your inquiry indicate a questionable action or

intent on the part of a beneficiary. It is the trustor or grantor who decides

who is or will be a beneficiary.
