Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I've got a private FL residence with a defective deed that needs to be corrected through probate or Summary Administration. Should I look for an attorney who specializes in probate, real estate or both?

Not sure what this means. Summary administration is not likely available for this type of deed issue. I would suggest you look for a probate specialist and if he/she needs a real estate attorney they can hire one. Both specialties are often practiced by many local attorneys
