Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Property in FL, Probate Required?

Grandparents passed away in 2003. Everything left to 2 daughters (50/50) who live in IL. Small property in Santa Rosa County. Does will have to go to probate in FL to transfer ownership from one daughter to another?

Please e-mail your phone number to me to schedule a telephonic consultation.
