Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have a revocable trust with myself as trustor and trustee, my wife is named as alternate trustee. My IRA's name my trust as beneficiary, when I die what happens to the trust and to the IRA? Does my wife need to take RMD's? Can the trust continue? For how long? Can the IRA's contiue to exist? For how long?
