what rights do i give up if I sign the P-3.0200 form and waive my rights to my sister in my mothers estate?

Hi. If you are referring to WAIVER OF PRIORITY, CONSENT TO APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND WAIVER OF NOTICE AND BOND, then you really aren't giving up any rights other than the right to act as personal representative. If you don't want your sister to act as PR, then you wouldn't sign this form. Otherwise, you should be fine.
