Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I'm stuck with a timeshare. How do I avoid passing it on to my heirs which are two sons? Neither one wants it. I know they can file a disclaimer or renouncement document, then what happens? Will it be passed on to my grand children? How far down thru my relatives will it be passed looking for someone to claim it and take over the fees?
