A neighbor, passed away, They had a son, but he passed away last year. The son was on the will the will never got changed. Theres a wife and grandchildren (The Deceased sons family) The lastest deceased, wanted the wife to receive nothing other then a home that she lives in. She the wife of the deceased son intitled to the estate, even though the son son passed before his parent did? There are sisters to the person who just passed, and knows what the passed sister wanted, but never got the will changed.
