Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

If a will has been entered, and the signature of the deceased; and I'm questioning the validity of the will; and the witness in 1 and 2 are in different areas in the witness; example 1: Lori Mee 2: Kacy Boo; but on the second page states number 2 witness as one 1 Kacy Boo and one witness as two 2 Lori Mee.

Would this raise suspicion? They used different color pens, and signed in the wrong place and worked in a lawyers office; a Will Estate Lawyers office, and also, it was waited 6 years to be witness. I have concern.

Thanks A Million. CC

Your inquiry is not clear. Was the signature of the testator witnessed and signed six

years after the will was signed? Color of ink, number of line signed, and order of

signature is not too important, but your inquiry raises questions about the

execution of the will.
