Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I was writing to ask if an excutor of an estate is allowed to come to closing, saying the estate if in the minus, after paying extra on the principle; saying the company is in the minus and we owe the company money; then says; I'll sell you share; letting them own more of the company which would give them controll of the company; basically not letting the other benefisiaries know about the well being of the company; I guess I'm asking are they allowed to lie? And, what is that called and is there a name for this?
