Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I am the beneficiary of my daughter's life insurance policy.
My daughter and her husband have filed for bankruptcy, and have a scheduled court date of August 10th.
My daughter died July 31st. Would any potential benefits I receive be claimed by the creditors for the bankruptcy?
