I am 20% partner in 2 car washes. If these get reposed, and I have to file banko do I lose my house and the other business which is an llc that I have 50% in?

There is no way to answer this without a complete listing of all your asets, the values, all your debts, and an analysis of your present and recent income. You should retain bankruptcy counsel right away to discuss this and your options(we do handle such cases).
