Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Business License Required?
I thought I was required to obtain a business license to sell crafts I have been making. A friend told me that until I make a certain amount of income from my crafts, I don't need a license. How can I find out if this is correct?

Check the phone book government pages for the county in which you do business for the revenue/license division.
