Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Can we us this name?
There is a company that has a name that is similar to ours the diffrence in the name is a number 4 instead of the word (for) and we have USA in our name and they do not. We have a very similar business and I just want to see if this is a problem.

You have a couple of possibilities here. One is trademark infringement, if your name is a federal registered trademark. Another is the law of unfair competition, which could provie a remedy if they are deliberately using a name close to yours to confuse the public and cut into your business.
