Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

contract

I have agreement with a landlolrd regaqrding property management. As situation becomes tensed I am becoming concerned about problems which might occur. What happens if the owners will say that he has not signed contract or it is not his signature. What can I achieve in this case if I'll take the case into the court. Problem is that we have signed contract but it was not witnesses or confirmed by notary/solicitor

Re: contract

If you are asking how to enforce a contract when the other party claims that he/she did not sign it, you can certainly submit evidence to show that he/she did in fact sign it. For example, you can ask the other party under oath about his/her signature or maybe compare it to another document with his/her signature.
