Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

What permits/licenses do I need to become a craft vendor in Georgia? I want to sell handmade clothing and accessories at outdoor markets/fairs/festivals. I understand I need a federal and state tax id to pay appropriate taxes , but I don't know if I need a business license, register as a business like LLC or just a DBA.

Before you do anything, you sit down with both a CPA and lawyer to determine what business form (corporation, LLC, d/b/a) is most advantagous for tax, liability and other reasons. You are certainly going to need a local business license, and may need other things depending on many details we do not have.
