On school grounds
Is it OK for a privately held company to set up business on school grounds.
A local photographer is setting up to take Prom photo's at our local middle school. This is not the hired prom photographer. I question allowing some to use school grounds for personnel gain at no charge.

Call the school and ask them. No one here will know what the school has agreed to. As you point out, private businesses regularly use school property.
