Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I would like to start a home based business on selling jewelry, potpurri, and scented crystlal rocks and other nickname like that. It's just one person, myself. What type of business license do I get?

You will need to obtain a business license from either the city or county (depending on whether you are within city limits) where you will be operating. You should also set up a simple LLC to operate the business to provide limited personal liability and some tax advantages.
