Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I'm about to start a process to disolve a LLC for differences and so many irregularly from my other partner (with all the documents to prove all the things that he has been doing) and I'd like to know what kind of lawyer do I have to talk to force my partner to sell me his part of the company to be able to continue with the business only by myself. I'd really appreciate your response.

What kind of lawyer? A lawyer who handles business disputes.

First of all, an LLC is not a partnership.

Second, you may or may not be able to force a sale, or to even force dissolving the LLC. That depends on the language of the paperwork used to create the LLC.

Whom should you call? The lawyer who created the LLC for you (and I hope you used a lawyer, as it is unlikely you wrote proper dissolution procedures on your own) cannot advise you as he may have a conflict with having represented you and the other LLC owners.

You will need a lawyer who handles business law.

You will need a business lawyer. Preferably small business. Attorney Ashman is right. You should have consulted with an attorney when you formed the LLC. At the minimum, he should have drafted a dissolution and/or buyout provision in your operating agreement.

I am a small business lawyer. I am available to discuss this matter with your further. (770)367-1234.

Otherwise, you should hire a business lawyer who can assist you in resolving your current business dispute.
