If you want to risk paying Subway tens of thousands of dollars for a preposterous frivolous suit go for it (you won't find any lawyer to help you as they would also likely be assessed damages for frivolous litigation).

If you instead had done what you should have (talked to the manager), they would have replaced your sandwich and probably comped you a couple meals.

Since you have instead taken an absurd position, I imagine the manager won't even do that.

After you sue Subway, make you you never have guests for dinner. If your guests get a speck of something in their food, they may also be looking for a free pot of gold from you.

You don't "need" to sue anyone for this.

As a franchise attorney, I can tell you the other answers are right on point. It's a franchised, independently operated Subway, so you would need to sue the owner, not Subway. Consult with a good franchise attorney for specific advice.
