Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I'm wanting to start a business with the name ComputerAuthority. Would it be wrong since there is a business called MacAuthority?

Not only that, but the existing company Computer Authority will almost certainly sue you and get massive damages from you.

Before you start a business you need a lawyer (to set up the legal structure) and a CPA (to determine tax wise what structure is best). And you also want, before selecting a name, to have a lawyer research the name for conflicts, and, once you find an acceptable one, to protect that name.
