Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Our X manager lost us 10000 $ in credit card transactions which were never charged by the front desk staff? Wouldn�t it be the responsibility of the manager to make sure that all transaction went through? Can we sure our X manager for her negligence? She also kept bringing her husband, without our permission, in the designated office area. He was involved in everything going on. Wouldn�t that be trespassing?
