Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

I was arrested for getting out of truck when my husband was pulled over to check his business license I got out to ask a question and I told the officer that I just wanted to ask a question and he arrestted me for obstruction there was another officer that drove up and I ask him why I was arrested because the cop that arrested me did not tell me or read my rights he just hand cuffed me and threw me into the car the other officer told me because I cursed at the officer well I didn't and the video on the cop car will show that anyways did he violate my civil rights and also he jerked me so hard he jerked my shoulder out of place The fine was 600.00 to get out I didn't think it was against the law to ask a question. Would I have a case if I pursued this a got a lawyer.

A case for what? What civil "right?" You have no "right" to do whatever you want at a stop. You have a legal obligation to obey officers. All you tell us is your side of the story. There is no way for us to know the other side, so obviously you need to see a lawyer if you think you are serious about a claim. If you were arrested and charged, you need a lawyer anyway. Discuss with him/her.
