Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

i live in ga and my 5 yr. old child's 16 yr. old uncle was just released on bond for aggravated child molestationa and sodomy and lude acts to entice a child. can i send flyers to his apartment comlex and school informing them of what he is being charged for and is only out on bond? will this hurt my childs case or can i be held legally reliable for something?

I would not go on a public campaign to smear this young man's name in the community. You could hurt the case against the 16 year old. With that said, if you are concerned about this young man being out in the community where he can cause more harm, you may send a letter to the apartment complex and his school putting them on notice of the situation. I would STRONGLY recommend that you hire an attorney to assist you and protect your rights.
