Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

Police officiers arrested my sister while my one year old daughter was in the car along with my 13 year old cousin they left them on the side of the road and did not wait to see if someone would come for them nor did they notify anyone is this legal?

You need to contact the Police Department to file a complaint against the officers. You should also contact child protective services to launch a complaint. The police officers will likely be disciplined for their failure to protect the children.
