Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia

Log House - Perfect Storm

When meeting log home salesman, we expressed needing builder & log home lender as well. We were assured if our credit was good, no problem! Company would take care of both. Issues since then include house built to incorrect blueprints, guaranteed interest rate mysteriously changed (though reinstated by Respa, payments are higher than we initially signed for), and president of company claims no responsibility for construction even though he fired first contractor(b/c construction was uninhabitable). Their next builder broke us financially & we were left with rain entering between all logs, leaking roof, no bridging under 2-story log house, inoperable doors/windows. Companys website promotes their builder license # and financing ability. We moved in Aug.06. House appraised $300K; current appraisal $159K. We have been unsuccessful finding lawyer with expertise in this area. Bbb has offered Binding Arbitration. Suggestions? Thank you.
