used car
i recently purchased a used 99 camry from a local sales lot. the car had been wrecked three times which was not disclosed to me at anytime during or after purchase. the car now needs a new enigne and i have only had it for 2 months.
what are my rights to take legal action?

If you bought the car "As is" then you're likely out of luck. As is means what it says. You should never buy a used car without a warranty unless you first have it checked by your mechanic. Additionally, you always should run a CarFax report. Unless the dealer falsified a salvage title to hide that status, you haven't said anything that the dealer did in violation of the law.
