Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

Insurance services not rendered

I started working at an old company that I had worked for before 10/15/07. My insurance coverage should of started on 11/1. I needed to use the insurance on 11/28. Thats when I found out that the insurance wasn't active because of what I now know was the paper work sent showed me as a new hire, not a re-hire. The HR dept took two days to get the coverage that I was paying for to be active. I'm now trying to get my 27 days or insurance payments refunded. HR will not allow this. They say the effective coverage date was 11/01. Any advise as to how to go about getting my money back?

Re: Insurance services not rendered

Your post is far from clear or complete as far as figuring out what your coverage is or should have been, and it would take a review of all paperwork. Without that, any advice on how to get any money back would be pure speculation.
