Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

While shopping an employee made derogatory remarks based on my size and height.

An employee approached me stating we dont carry your size here! I later saw her and another employee laughing at me. I was embarrased in front of my friends and others in the store. What can be done about this?

I am not sure what you expect from a legal forum. This is a service issue. Call the store manager or owner and let them know what happened, and they can take the action they deem appropriate. General rude or insulting conduct is not a legal issue, or the courts would be overwhelmed.

You have posted something that is not a legal matter.

When a company treats you badly, you vote with your feet and shop elsewhere. If you feel like it, you can look up the CEO's address on their website, write him a polite letter explaining why you plan not to shop there again, and if they're a good company they may apologize on their own and send you a small gift certificate to try and get you back. If they don't do that, you simply shop elsewhere.
