Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

So my sister bought a used guitar from a music shop just yesterday. However, when she bought it the store clerk failed to tell her about their no return policy and there weren't any signs in the store stating that fact. Thus, when she tried to return the guitar the next day they refused. My question is if the store failed to tell the customer about their "no returns" policy will they have to do comply and allow the return anyways since they didn't clearly state it? Things like this affect the decision of a purchase since i'm sure many people would rather not buy products from a store that doesn't allow returns.

Ther is no general right to returns. A person concerned with the return policy (or lack thereof), would certainly know the importance of asking the clerk prior to the purchase.
