Given 30 days to pay or it will go to court.

Is there any thing i can do?

Cannot pay the amount requested

You can try to work out an agreement to pay the debt over time, but be sure the agreement is in writing and do not give them any bank account numbers. If bankruptcy is an option, there are countless bankruptcy attorneys around your area and they all have the worksheets required to do the job.
