Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Judgment filed against me

What is my next step? I have had two judgments filed on me by credit card companies? Do I file a response in court or with the attorneys office?

Did you have judgments filed against you, or complaints filed against you? If complaints, the summons will normally tell you to file with the court and serve the opposing counsel.

Your question makes no sense. If there is a judgment, you already lost the case so there's nothing to answer. If there is not a judgment, you should consult with a lawyer. If you owe money, the usual two options are pay it or go bankrupt.
