Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Paid for Furniture

I paid for an now-ex's furniture, with the agreement that she would pay me back. I receive the monthly statements from the furniture company and have been paying for about a year because she never started making any payments to me. Furniture receipt is in her name. I want the furniture back - please let me know: do I have a claim to it? Thank you for your time.
