Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I have a question, I have a credit card company suing and i have lost my business. All i collect is my social security, what can i do if anything, and what would can they do?

They can sue you and then seize your bank account, car, home, etc.

If you have been sued, be aware that you MUST see a lawyer ASAP (you MUST act within 30 days of service). You may be eligible to get rid of the debt in bankruptcy.
