Reunds from Internet Svcs

Earthlink owes me a refund from service cancelled on 6.18.01. I have not recieved it as of 8.31.01. I would like to know if others have encountered this. I wrote an inital letter, followed up by several calls,

only to be told ''the refund is in the mail''. I am tired of this. Can this be resolved?

For a very modest fee, I will prepare a demand letter

with attorney letter head and this is very likely to

get the result you desire. As for whether others have

a similiar problem, I am not aware of this but would like to know

if such a situation exists.
