water company

i lived in a mobile home park that has it own water company and in oct of 2006 i moved out to a house. i cut the water off and give they my new address, now after almost 3 years of not getting no letter no papers there saying that i own they money and if i don't pay they will be puting legal action on me. my question is can they do this put legal action after almost three years?

Most likely (though we don't have all details). Debts just don't go away, and it'll still be on your credit report for years. The obvious solution is to make arrangements to pay your debt.

If you mean can they sue you if you owe money three years later, of course they can. After they win, they can garnishee your pay and bank account.
