Assualt Pregnant Woman
I recently was involved in a fight woman. She was coming towards me and I told her to get back and not to come any closer and she continued to come so I kicked her and then she hit me and we begin fighting. I continued to hit and kick her until the fight was ended by another party. I have since learned that she is pregnant and is having vaginal bleeding. If something happens to the baby will I be responsible for the life of the child even though we both were involved in the fight?

If you are charged with felony assault or battery, you technically can also be charged with felony feticide.
