Criminal restitution to victime of auto accidents in State of Georgia

I need information regarding victims' restitution in a car accident under Georgia law. What would I be responsible for paying that my automobile insurance would not cover? I need to know the types of CRIMINAL restitution (not civil which would have to be claimed by a law suit).

Criminal restitution is ordinarily within the discretion of the judge who sentences the miscreant who caused your injuries. If there is a presentence investigation, the probation officer should contact you to see what your damages are/were.

I would advise contacting Attorney Bobby Moore in Atlanta
