How Is Criminal Trespass
I had just left the premises of an establishment as they closed a few minutes later I returned knocking on the door needing further assistance with an earlier transactions. A security guard asked me to leave. I asked to speak with a manager. About two minutes later I knock again to speak with a manager. Now how in God's name is that criminal trespass???

Once you have been asked to leave someone else's property, if you return without permission that is a crime, criminal trespass.
