Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Drug Laws

My husband was served with a Search Warrant in January for his shop behind our house. The Mans Unit here searched the shop but never searched our house. My husband had told the officers that the shop was used by just about everyone of his friends and that it stays unlocked for them to use it anytime. They had been tipped off by an unreliable source that Chris was selling Drugs out of this shop. The found items used for the intent of drug use. That was it. They have charged him with intent to distribute and posession of meth. Where do you think we stand with this case. Is is open and shut and we can get it thrown out with a lawyer or do you think we need a lawyer to help represent the case.
