It is simple really. yet I am unable to get an answer anywhere locally. I would just like to know what the BAC is in GA..

More specifically in Fayette County

Assuming that you are asking about BAC numbers as it relates to a driving under the influence case the answer is as follows: It is illegal to operate motor vehicle when a person�s alcohol concentration is 0.08 grams or more at any time within three hours after such driving or being in actual physical control from alcohol consumed before such driving or being in actual physical control ended. A person under the age of 21 shall not have an alcohol concentration greater than 0.02 grams or more.

This is a Georgia state law and is applicable in each county.
