in ga if im on felony probation and hanging out with someone else on felony probation can i get put in jail?

Assuming you read your probation order, and you were supposed to, you know the answer is yes, you are likely to get your probation revoked and go to jail.

You are not allowed to be in the company of disreputable or harmful characters. You were told that during your plea, but you were too busy denying to your mother/girlfriend/aunt that you ever committed the offense that you missed that part. Good luck.

O.C.G.A. Section 42-8-35 requires that a probationer "[a]void persons or places of disreputable or harmful character," which according to GA law, necessarily includes felons. Unless you have special permission from your probation officer (or the court) to associate with this person, such association may cause your probation to be revoked.
