Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
gave old car to friend, did a title pawn to help out emergency, 2 years ago. she was paying off loan, found out yesterday i could be charged with grand theft, because loan wasnt paid and I dont know the where abouts of the car. what should I do??

Get a good criminal lawyer. If you pawned a title on a car not in your possession, you likely committed a felony.
