Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

me and my girl friend have been dating for a while she has gave me some money to fix my rotors and gas money to take her to her families home.. she is 19 and i am 20.. her parents opened her mail and saw the bank statement.. and are telling me they are going to have me arrested... i never stole the money she offered.. can i be arrested for this?

If you are telling the truth, not unless they lie to the police.

Since they have threatened you, it might be wise for you to have an attorney to intervene and write them, and one has to wonder why your adult girlfriend is allowing them to act that way.
