Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I purchased a bulldozer in June of 2013 from my grandmother after my grandfather passed away and was making payments. I left it at her house until the payments would be completed. She passed away last week so I went with my father who was willed all of her property to pick it up and discovered it was gone. I talked to a neighbor who told me she had sold it back in May of this year to a man from the next town over. And we found a second bill of sale to the other man after mine. I still owed money to her but she had given me a bill of sale the keys and all of the paperwork that went with it. We know she had been having mental problems and had forgotten and lost a lot of items before she passed. Can I legally get the bulldozer back since I have a bill of sale that pre dates the second one we found in her paperwork to the other man. I haven't called the sheriff yet because I wasn't sure if I have a legal leg to stand on. Any advice is greatly appreciated and sorry for the long story. Thanks

You posted under criminal law, and mentioned calling the Sheriff, but there is nothing at all in your post to indicate there is any criminal issue involved or need for the Sheriff. You have a claim against here estate which may be satisfied by her property. The other purchaser will certainly want his money back, so he would have a claim against the estate if he gave it back to you. It also appears you still owe money to the estate.
