Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
what is the best thing to plea? If you charged with underage poss. of alochol. i was not drivng i was riding in the back of the car.Also will i lose my drivers licence? will i have jail time ? and will i be om probation? if so can i get it move to my home county from the county i was arrested in?
