Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I bidding on the house on Friday evening. The Bid suppose to end on Friday night. But it continue on though out the weekend. My bid was under review. And without contacting my agent or declining my bid HUD/seller sold the property on Tuesday morning.

I would like to know who can I sue the seller agent or HUD. I feel like I was discriminated.

Every bidder besides the winning bidder is the victim of "discrimination." Uusally, the seller discriminates against lower bids, or bids with less favorable terms. It could be many other reasons, and there is no law against it. There are very few types of unlawful discrimination, and fewer still that would apply to an auction. Since you offer no facts whatsoever, other than you were not the winning bidder, non here can tell you whether you might have a claim or not, and who it might be against.
