Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

Can a local radio station contest discriminate against sexual orientation? A local radio station recently hosted a photo contest for the cutest couple. All 10 finalists were heterosexual couples. I know at least one homosexual couple who's photo was submitted (and was much better than some of the finalists). Is there a way to punish the radio station for their discrimination?

Given that your post shows that your opinion is simply that another couple was "cuter," and have provided absolutely no other facts to indicate it was any kind of discrimination, the answer is no. If you had facts to show that people (such as anyone who voted) were biased against hetero couples, the answer is still no - people are not "punished" (at least legally) for their personal preferences. If you have an issue with the station, call and discuss with them. You can also simply turn the dial (or go to another Facebook page), since your preferences should also respected.
